Applied Kinesiology

Applied kinesiology (AK) is an evaluation or form of diagnosis using simple muscle testing to examine a person's chemical and mental aspects of health. Muscle testing ranges from the examination of posture to the assessment of muscle activity. AK focuses on the triad of health which include chemical, mental, and structural functions of the body. Any imbalances in these three functions can be resolved and treated with the AK technique. Muscle tests are utilized to reveal physiologic responses and interferences.
